When you think about it, it's not actually that strange. The three ingredients that you need are
1. A wireless hotspot
2. A blog
3. A device capable of browsing the Internet which has GPS
All of these things are obviously already abundant. So why not create a program that can link GPS coordinates to blogs? You could be going to a travel agency and find blog entries about people's experience with it. You could go to a cinema and find out what people liked and disliked about different movies that were playing there. Maybe you could even choose blogs to associate with different areas. The possibilities are endless.

( 3.1 / 95 )Be careful not to get your Adsense account disabled. Visiting your blog and clicking on an ad over and over will get it disabled, even if you do it on different computers. Also, if no one clicks on it you won't earn any money. You have to have many different people visiting your site and clicking on the banner to make more than a small amount of change.
Google pays you thirty days after your balance reaches one hundred dollars. If your account gets suspended before then, you don't get any money. Google also makes you fill out tax information (a W-9 form) like you probably would when you get a new job (many jobs tell you to fill out a W-9 form when you start working there). You have to fill out a lot of paperwork with Adsense.
You should make sure the code for the ad is well placed. I think that on the side of a blog would work best. If you put it as a post it would eventually not show up if you kept posting unless you went to the older posts.
The change that you make with Adsense does add up, but it takes a while for it to add up to one hundred dollars and then you have to wait thirty days. If you want them to mail you a check I think you have to pay for it but putting the money into your linked bank account is free. I chose to put it into my linked bank account since you make change with AdSense.
Once you use AdSense for a long time it pays off as you start to get hundreds of dollars in your bank account. I think you can make thousands if you have a very successful online business that gets a large number of hits a day.

( 3 / 107 )So you have an eye catching template and big dreams about your blog, but is anyone actually reading it? Increasing blog traffic is constantly on the minds of every blogger. To achieve increased blog traffic you first need to ask yourself what you want to achieve from increased viewers. Do you want a niche set of users to frequent your site or do you just want to throw a party when you reach a million visitors per month? Here’s a hint, it’s the niche.
More than likely your blog focuses around a central theme. Attracting viewers who actually want to read about that theme is the key. Remember there is a big difference between views and unique page views. A higher number of unique page views means you don’t have a loyal audience. If you are passionate about your blog and wish to improve blog traffic for financial gains, you may want to think more strategically.
When I first started my blog I simply wanted the most traffic possible. I thought if I could just get a user to click on my blog, they would be so amused they couldn’t help but return. I successfully accomplished improving blog traffic this tagging. “Sex” is a frequently searched word and the majority of my hits were hijacked using such strategic tags that I knew would be searched. Sure, my blog had nothing to do with sexual activity, but I wanted traffic and more traffic equals more money, right?
I soon came to realize while the unsuspecting did increase blog traffic, they left in a hurry when they didn’t find the content they were searching for. That means they aren’t clicking on your sponsor links, they won’t read your content and they won’t make you any money. Tagging is important, but it’s not the sole ranger that will increase blog traffic. Improving blog traffic will come when you have attracted viewers interested in your blog’s theme. However, sustaining the growth of your blog means adhering to your theme and increasing the reasons to return.
Sponsors that relate to your theme are a good start, not only is it a money maker, it also serves as a resource to your viewers. Frequently updating your blog is important, static equals stale. Don’t try to be all things to all people, all people don’t and will never frequent your site. Remember your passion is bound to be other’s passions. Now that a billion people are online, your share of the web’s pie is sizable.

I wish I had known much more about blogging when I started. I’d have to say that I did not hear about Google Adsense until later and I would’ve liked to have used it much earlier in the game. I began by blogging for fun and only later did I start blogging for money.
I copied and pasted the code for Google Adsense as one of my posts, I should’ve put it on the side. Also I think it is more difficult to get people to view my blog without my own domain name so I should have had that too. I couldn’t find my blog using a search engine when I tried typing in words mentioned on it.
I wished I had also known that the more posts I had, as long as they were not on the same thing, they would cause my blog to be more likely to be viewed. Writing about promotions that you get extra money when you open a bank account at a certain bank for instance only interests some people. However there are many more things that interest me, which would attract more people, and I wish I had written about them.
I’d have to say that having a blog about more than one subject attracts more people. I wish I had also wrote about free stuff I had gotten after I received it or after I know it works. I printed a coupon for cereal that I found on the Internet, I wish I had used it and written about it (that is, if it worked).
There were times in which I received free stuff in the mail. I wish I had written about them. I have a Fox News Channel mug and I received a couple of t-shirts in the mail, I wish I had known that I should be writing about them. Even better I wish I had taken a picture of each of them and included the picture as a post on my blog.
